Ambrose O'Brien

Ambrose owned the Creamery Kings. They competed in the UOVHL and later the NHA. In trying to win the Stanley Cup, he created the NHA, which later reorganized into the modern day NHL. After the 1911 season, Ambrose closed the Renfrew franchise. Later, he sold the franchise to Toronto interests and it became the Toronto Blueshirts.
